::RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY::

 

If you don't LOVE your tee or coat or necklace, please forward your email invoice to

 Sales@VauteCouture.com with “Return Request”  or "Exchange Request" in the Subject heading,

within 5 business days of receipt.  After we reply with the ship to address,

you have 5 business days to send back your tee or coat or necklace in original packaging.

 (If you will be out of the country/etc. just let us know, there are *always* exceptions.) 

Please make sure yours is is brand new condition & not worn or washed before returning it,

and that the coat's hangtag is undamaged and intact, and any pet hair is lint brushed off.

Also- please include a printout of your original receipt so we can refund/exchange for you!

(If there's something wrong with your item, be sure to include a note on the receipt so we know what to look for.)

For exchanges- new shipping is on us (but return ship is yours.)

We can send you a new size, color, or style that's available, give you store credit,

or refund your order, whatever you'd like just let us know.
