I'm having technical trouble processing my order online, is there another way to finish it? 

So sorry for the trouble! Sometimes we and technology don't get a long, we especially have issues with international orders sometimes because of extra security measures on our site. If you're having an issue finishing your order on the website, please email Sales@VauteCouture.com with the Style/Size/Color you'd like to order. You can also order via our new Paypal Option option at checkout, using your Paypal account, and we can also send you a Paypal invoice directly if none of that works. So sorry for the trouble!

Why aren't your coats cheaper? Don't you care about me?

I certainly do. You mean everything to me, honestly. As does the earth, the animals, and the amazing people who make your coat. Read why my coats aren't cheap here.

What happens if my coat or tee goes on sale right after I bought it?

Sadly, these things just can't be predicted! But if this happens to you, just email us at Sales@VauteCouture.com with your email receipt, and as long as your order was within 14 days of the special sale or discount, we will give you the difference in a gift code that you can use on anything in the store. 

What happens if something goes wrong with my coat?

We want you to be so happy with your coat! They are made by hand locally, and with new technology fabrics so there is room for human error. If there is a malfunction to your coat within the first 6 month of owning it, just forward your e-receipt to Sales@VauteCouture.com with a description of the malfunction, and we'll either fix it for you or reimburse you for getting it fixed locally. Thanks again for your support!

What if I lose a button?

Email us at Sales@VauteCouture.com with your address, and forwarded e-receipt with style and color coat. We'll get you one out asap!

What do you mean by "Limited Runs"?

We are self funded and it takes 3 months to make our custom fabrics and 1-2 months to cut and sew your coat, so we produce them in limited runs which means yours is pretty darn special, just like you. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Our new Paypal feature at checkout allows orders from all over the world, and most credit cards. If you are having trouble processing your international order, please email Sales@VauteCouture.com with what style/size/color you'd like to order, your shipping address & phone number & we'll process it directly. Please be aware that your country may have its own import taxes and duties that they might charge you.


 

What if I have Sensitive Skin?

You're in luck. The Luxe shell fabric is incredibly soft. So whether you just love sensual fabrics near and dear, or you have a skin sensitivity to rough fabrics like wool, these coats are great for you too. A long time friend of mine would always search with me for wool-free coats- her for this reason- and it's for women like her that these coats are great for too.

How do I know what size to order?

No need to fret! Grab your measuring tape and check out our Size Chart here. The new FW11 Collection fits the same as the FW10 Collection. If when your coat arrives it isn't the right size, just send it back for a different size from available inventory. No worries at all! 


What does the fabric feel like in person?

The #1 comment we get when people feel the Luxe coats in person is how incredibly soft they are.  They are just very super soft with a pretty tight knit texture and look. They are heavy, as you'd expect for winter, but have a softer drape than a wool fabric would.  This means the way the coat lays is a little flirtier and swingier, and you can see this in the Vaute and El coat pics best as our girls are jumping and turning in them. The shell fabrics are slim and not puffy at all- similar to the thickness of a wool pea coat's fabric.
